BJS will honour any booking as made per email.

No booking via telephone will be deemed conclusive and as such we advise all bookings to be made by email.

Deposits are fully refundable up until 48 hours before the booking time in case of cancellation or change in numbers. After this time the FULL amount may not be refunded in case of cancellation or change in numbers to the booking.

Specific tables are not promised upon booking. BJS will always guarantee a table on a certain terrace but cannot guarantee which table will be allocated.

Service charge will not be added to tables of less than 10 people. In this case service is discretionary. For tables of over 10 people, service will be added at 10%. If a client feels that service has not met the expected standards then please mention this to a member of staff and we will endeavour to resolve the situation amicably and fairly.

BJS reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone we deem to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. BJs also reserve the right to ask clients to leave if their behaviour is disruptive or they are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. The above policies can be implemented at any point during a clients meal.
